It is not my hobby... although it is sometimes.
I'm paid to assess creative intelligence.
I'm paid to solve impossible problems.
I'm paid to design original concepts.
Before any of this I have to prove - comprehensively - why and how this new way is better.
This is always harder than the actual project.
People say they want creative solutions - then panic at new process.
People say that want new ideas - then are skeptical of new concepts.
People say they want a new way - then fight to keep what they already have.
Intrinsic to creativity is change.
This is a scary word.
This is can be a scary process.
People are scared of creativity.
People are often scared of me.
One favour...
Trust me... trust me if only for a moment... trust me I'll meet you, wherever you are, to show you that change need to be so terrifying.
That things can shift and you have everything you need to cope.
That change is natural and rather than be subject TO it, you could craft it for yourself...
This is the genuine potential of creativity.
You become the Agent of Change.
The rules, the process, the game, the crowd, no longer apply to you, because you have clear vision of who you are and what you want.
That you possess the tools, intelligence, skills and capability to dream it, apply it, achieve it and prosper.
This is the goal of creativity... authenticity... freedom... independence.
