When it comes to innovation there's a billion dollar elephant in the room, but you won't hear STEM or corporate talk about it because they're generally one of three types of people. 1. They genuinely don't see it. 2. If they could see it, they would have to admit that their process is ineffective. 3. They do recognise their innovation is ineffective, but they don't know how to fix it.
