  • Begin email campaign to prospects, clients, marketing channels

  • Issue press / media kit to podcasts, online + print publications 

  • Email campaign to mailing list promoting Chapter 1. free download

  • Early access to Chapter 1. for Contributors

  • 21st Sept: Chapter 1. 'The Hotel Room' - Disruption and Creativity, available free to download

  • Collect reviews for Chapter 1.

  • Create content/publish reviews of Chapter 1. driving to Advanced Reading Copies (ACR) on Oct 5th

  • Begin approaching local bookstores; enquire about requirements to stock the book

Oct 1st - Nov 5th

  • Publish weekly RCIBLC marketing videos - LinkedIn + YouTube + website

  • Publish credits + updates of Contributors (ongoing)

  • Finalise logo redesign of the Six Creative Skill Sets

  • Finalise book cover design + formatting

  • Publish book excerpts on LinkedIn + website

  • E-book ARC available to Contributors

  • Record audiobook

  • Follow-up email campaign to prospects, clients, marketing channels

  • Email campaign to mailing list promoting ARC launch (maybe offer access to limited number)

  • Oct 5th: E-book ARC for select clients, prospects

  • Distribute ARC to podcasts + media publications

  • Set-up Ingram Spark account + distribution

  • Upload ARC + audiobook to Goodreads 

  • Upload ARC + audiobook to Amazon

  • Collect reviews for ARC

  • Create content/publish reviews of ARC, drive to launch on Nov 5th

  • Follow-up local bookstores; enquire about requirements to stock the book

  • Set-up webstore on site for book purchases

  • Attend book signings (if required)

  • Set-up super-secret bonus package for pre-orders!
