About a month ago I was interviewed for a national government project.
They asked for my opinion on #innovation... I told them...
Later, I discovered they had put the project on ice... and I had inadvertently advised my way OUT of a decent contract.

So what did I learn?
Some people in the comments joked I should charge a consultation fee...
Had it not been for my advice, this organisation most likely would have rolled out this national project at great time and expense... which got me thinking...
Would a template... a checklist of sorts... be useful for organisations attempting to assess the potential of new innovative tools?
I think so... this is basically what I used to vet their project during a zoom interview.
